I was leaned hard into a corner and couldn't do much, but I was told by an old roadie that the answer is to lift up on the front end because it will lessen the front impact or miss a front impact. And if it hits the rear wheel and gets stuck, a rear wheel skid is no big deal. Duly noted for the future.

I have yet to hit any rabbits. Ran over a snake once though while biking on a trail with my mountain bike. Just like someone else above me said..."cwazy wabbits". Hope all is well with you, and the bike AJ.
